Best Quality and best product in this price but handle it carefully don't wash it with the help of scrubber and any other scratchy things and on side bottom of kettle is so heated and it makes the food bad because not properly heated full bottom of the kettle

1- The product comes broken, with crumbles of black plastic pieces already on top of the glass lid, as I opened the package.2 - They are sending Pigeon Amaze kettle model, which is far more sub-standard than the Kessel model.3. - The kettle is received in aluminium built, which goes against its description of it being stainless steel.4.- The kettle is received with a BROKEN BASE, with the thermostat contact component, pushed inside the base, instead of proper protruding electrical contact.5- The quality is way poor than the price you pay.Amazon return - the worst experience. Mark these words - The competitor will steer ahead of you Amazon, as your service standards are falling to an appallingly low level. Whilst, your competitor has started open box deliveries, and standard pickup with contacts, your pickup agents' contact details are not shared; they are coming for pickup at 10PM at night; and if unanswered they are having the autonomy to mark the return cancelled from their end ! How can you let Amazon pickup executive mark a return cancelled from his own end, instead of re-trying the return pickup. Then, as a customer you will have to initiate the entire cycle to reprocess the return by speaking to customer care, who would have no background of the previous request(s). This is notoriously poor customer service from a platform like Amazon. Amazon is not the same as it was few years back, and your competitor is also not the same as what they were few years back (they are way better post their walmatr (alphabets interchanged) partnership. Thumbs down.

Good design, Nice wide mouth, metal quality theek theek.Drawbacks :Instant heating - causes burning of food. Base should have been little thick.Voltage regulator - Does not have any moderate or minimum value, suddenly temperature increases.Base heats in partial portion - half base heats and half does not heat.If you try to seek for return, you will only be able to replace this product, not return.

Very good experience, and a well satisfying performance by the utensill. Compared to any other multipurpose kettle i have ordered this one is the best and special credit to the ceramic coating, because of it I can fry my food item with ease without any fear of them getting burnt and then start sticking to the base of kettle👍

Its a decent product. heating is fine. Water stops heating once reached boiling point 100'c. the design is not appealing like others but it works as its cheaper than others
