Great taste, not acidic, authentic Italian flavour!
Excluding very expensive organic choices, Cirio's is the only sieved tomato juice (passata) that:• it makes pasta taste like it does in Italy;• it is NOT acidic in taste;• it is just purely and simply "the real thing".I also use it for making sourdough pizzas, as well as for baking savoury pastries.Highly recommended!
