Ok so as a mom I like this better than the original layout. My 7 year old doesn’t, he says there’s not enough room but I think it’s just because visually the layout is different? Not sure. Anyways I decided to use it for my 5 year old who doesn’t eat sandwiches and it’s been awesome. Perfect portion size for a hot lunch and then some fruit/veggies and some crackers/chips. It doesn’t take up the entire insulated lunch box like the other ones either so you can fit more if you want. I also like the neutral color of this blue one. No leak issues so far!

We used this one for my HS! She loves the thermos container, it is leak proof and we have packet soup, chicken nuggets, or any other hot food option, it keeps the food warm from the morning she packs her lunch until lunch time; you can also remove it and use it to pack a sandwich, the other section with the ice pack on the bottom is great for fruit, or a small salad.

I have used the originally Omiebox for 4 years now and since my son is 6 decided to try out the Up due to the larger size of the thermos. I am VERY disappointed with the “D-ring” name tag!! It is so flimsy and comes undone so easily. These are still young children using these boxes and this is a very poor design. Because there is no handle, the only way to attach a utensil is through the d ring. Don’t be surprised if your child keeps coming home with it off of the box. Omie please redesign this clip immediately!!!

Not another AI review; I have never been inclined to review any product I’ve purchased. This is the best lunchbox I’ve ever purchased. Best build quality, best results. Kept a salad cool for 4 hrs in 85 degree atmosphere, along with maintaining a soup’s temperature for 5. Can’t wait to push this thing to its limits. I’ll absolutely be purchasing a few more.

This thing is quite nifty to use for my kid's school lunch. Looks great, works great, but I would say the rubber gasket that is used immediately got stretched out (when washing in the sink) so thats decreased its overall quality. I would hope something like this would last a little longer.
