I looove this fitness tracker logbook, its simple, direct and most of all good quality. I'm not worried it getting destroyed and or soak water spills specially using this at the gym, having this thrown around during tough sets- not worried. It feels luxurious at the same time. 10/10

Lots of pages just for exercise days; 10 exercises and like 6+ reps. I only do 3 so space for me to put additional exercises as needed. I LOVE this book. HIGHLY recommend
