Prompt efficient service
Received this item in a very timely fashion. Product is exactly what I wanted. It was packed in styrofoam which obviously protected it as the box was damaged.

Well made but for the wrong air fryer for me
Well the picture is correct I didn't know enough to look at it more careful. Quality of the pot was pretty high it would have fit my old air fryer. Unfortunately when I was looking at model numbers I had to run model number so I ended up returning this.
