IQBAR Brain and Body Plant Protein Bars - Chocolate Mint Chip - 12-Count Low Carb - Gluten Free, High Fiber, Vegan Snacks - Low Sugar Meal Replacement

These have become my favorite bars and I’ve tried literally dozens of different types. I still enjoy Aloha brand bars but these IQ bars are very, very tasty. They are not super sweet (which is a deal-killer for many bars like this) and the texture is closer to a dense cake versus a chewy conglomeration of sweets and such. The cake-like texture is pleasing with a cup of coffee or just any time of day when you need a bump. I have yet to try a flavor IQ offers that I haven’t liked. That said, I have my favorites which include Toasted Coconut Chip and Almond Butter Chip. Really good stuff, 12g of protein, low sugar and great texture. Try them if you haven’t already - they are really good.

Absolutely love these bars! I have tried many different protein bars because I burn a lot of calories being a mail carrier walking the streets. When I’m feeling I need protein I have 1 of these bars loaded with 12 grams protein and it’s completely satisfying and very tasty! The best part is I always look for sugar content and they have extremely low sugar and carbs as well. These bars all flavors are very good! Don’t grab the protein bars at check out until you read all ingredients! Most of them are loaded with sugar but not the IQ BARS! They are a daily part of my eating schedule. Enjoy them and feel satisfied!

Not sure how much I like these. The match flavor is not as good as the peanut butter chocolate chip but it’s not bad either. Important to remember these are calorie and protein rich. Don’t be treating them like a snack or those calories will catch up to you regardless of low sugar content. Not sure if this bars protein blend affects my gut in a bad way. Be sure to try and pay attention to your body. I think I prefer Aloha bar to these. Maybe it’s the stevia ?

This protein bar is one of our favorites. A top five go-bar for us. It is not a candy bar. It is more of a true energy bar or meal replacement. Very low sugar - which is very important to us as we try very hard to manage sugar intake. But despite being super-low sugar,the bars have good taste and texture. Low-sugar, good taste and texture and very high protein. That is what we look for and that is what IQBAR delivers. We pack a couple in a backpack to use as an energy snack at work, on a hike, on the golf course. Five stars.

these are great. There are so many bad (and very bad!) "protein bars" or "nutrition bars" or whatever on the market. Most of them have so much added sugar, it defeats the whole purpose of the bar. In contrast, these are actually healthy, with only 1 gram each of total sugar (the rest being fiber, as it should be). And 12 grams of protein. Best of all, they taste decent and are not stale in the package at all! Right now, they are the best bang for the buck on the market. Definitely suggest!

On the keto Diet too much protein can leave you short of meals so these are perfect. These bars have the perfect balance not to mention taste is delicious, keto doesnt allow banana or oatmeal so having this bar taste like a mix of both is worth every penny. My macros stay on point, i use it to replace a meal at work, i am obsessed and ive tried a lot of protein bars but this by far is number 1.

I like that these are low carbohydrate. As I am on a low carbohydrate diet. The taste isn't bad, but it's not fantastic either. I bought the lemon blueberry, blueberry and banana set. I'm not sure yet if I will try any of the others.The size of the bars is good. I don't always even have to eat a whole one to be feeling full. So they make a great snack too put in my purse or tote bag.I think they're a little bit on the pricey side but maybe not too much. Overall a decent buy.

Look, I know you've heard "Keto" this and "Keto" that.. but this is the real deal. The absolute perfect snack/topper for anyone on a Keto diet. I lost over 60lbs over a 6 month period on Keto, and these bars were by my side the whole way through. I usually eat one after my final meal of the day to help "top off" as these bars give you a great satisfying/full feeling when in ketosis. The Almond is my favorite flavor, just love the way it taste. Its as close to Marzipan flavor and chocolate chips as I can get with this low of carbs. The taste is not overly sweet and does not taste artificial like so many others do. The texture is great and slightly grainy which is exactly what you want to satisfy that crave when on Keto. These bars are expensive, no doubt, yet I still keep em stocked consistently. My absolute favorite Keto snack and literally nothing even comes close to comparing.
