Probably the best desk stand I’ve ever got. Really well built, I use it with my Shute SM7b, no weight issues.Only thing is I wished they had incorporated a way of feeling the XLR cable to hide it; also just be mindful, just like other desk stands, the mic can pick up table sounds/vibrations. other than that, love it.

I purchased the stand along with the USB podmic. The stand itself was mostly fine, however I paid full price, for a brand new stand. I received a damaged box with an Amazon sticker saying thank you for giving this item a second chance. The product I received was clearly a used refurbished or otherwise damaged item. Inspecting the stand it had nothing wrong with it, except some markings on the base that looked like glue residue from a sticker. Because it was in tact and functional I was fine keeping the product, not fine being charged full price. Calling customer service I was told my only option was to return the item and purchase a new one. I simply wanted a refund of the difference. Some 30 or 40 CAD. Not an option in their system therefore impossible to handle my request. Product works great, satisfied with RODE... not so with Amazon.

I was not sure this would hold my rode mic because it looked so small this mic arm is amazing. It fits perfectly on my small desk, I can move the mic wherever I need to without any issues. Perfect if you are looking for something small and durable.
