Nice brush. Effective for dry brushing. It works so well, I see particulate skin dust, airborne so I stand in dry shower basin to do this.

I finally found a dry brush that exfoliates my skin, this dry brush is very exfoliating, it’s definitely a more powerful exfoliation. My very first treatment I had so much dead skin coming of my body, it felt like I lost a 1/2 pound of dead skin. My skin texture has changed on my legs, less crepey, and more smooth. This dry brush has bristles on the outside that helps with cellulite, and copper on the inside that helps detoxify. I also do this for lymphatic drainage, your skin will get a little red because of the circulation but give it a few minutes and it will disappear. Super rad brush! I started to use this brush and followed the easy instructions. Brushing from your feet upward. Up towards your heart. I have skin that can handle the roughness. If you have sensitive skin, I would suggest starting w a lighter pressure
