Better than our last fountain in a multitude of ways
I love this fountain- ive had it for about a week and a half. My cat loves it, this isnt the first fountain we've had, I find it be quieter than the last one we had ( different fountain and brand entirely). My favorite thing about the coutain is all the parts (with accepting to the pump obviously) are stainless steel. This fountain came with instructions on how to properly take apart the pump for easy cleaning. I appreciate the little window to see the water level which is something I didnt have on our last fountain, it has a mesh filter and a porous sponge to filter out most contaminates.

Flow is good, cat is attracted to it, filters are affordable & easy to replace.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this because it holds more water than others, it's made of mostly stainless steel and the filters sit directly on top which makes it easier to clean and replace. So far this unit seems to work well, even when the water level gets low. Filters are affordable and unit is easy enough to take apart and clean.Cats really like running water. It's important for cats to drink water, especially if they are eating dry food. It can help minimize urinary and renal issues.

Just Fine Edit: Just Fantastic
It's fine so far. The pump itself is VERY quiet, but the water trickling is loud and distracting, especially at night. My cats haven't actually used it yet, so I can't attest to how much they like it, but it's only been set up for a couple of days now & I'm hoping they use it once they get more used to it. Assembly was easy enough and all the parts were there, though the little impeller would NOT come out no matter what I did, & the instructions explicitly said to clean that separately, so I rinsed it really well and I'm hoping that was enough to get the job done.Overall it's just fine so far. I might return it if my cats don't show interest in a couple days, if only because the water trickling is the worst part about it.EDIT:I am very impressed by the promptness and quality of the customer service for this product. The team reached out within the span of a couple days and offered me a full refund without returning the fountain. I sat on the offer for a minute because I wanted to give the product an honest go, and I'm very glad I did.The water noise did take some getting used to, but I hardly notice it now that I've grown used to it. The pump is still quiet, and I only notice it when the water level gets to the minimum marker—which is honestly helpful because it reminds me to add more and change the filter. Not that the pump noise happens often, because it doesn't; the water level indicator is great. I really didn't think it would make much of a difference to me to be able to visibly note the water level, but it's a real game changer and I SUPER appreciate the ability to take a glance and know whether or not I have to refill it.My cats took about a week to warm up to it, but they LOVE it now and use it often (I have 5, so the fact that they all like it is pretty impressive). They share it well — the design is nice, it doesn't take up much counter space and allows two of them to use it comfortably at once (and would probably have room for two more if the cats actually liked each other enough to sit beside one another). So far I've been impressed with how clean the stainless steel has remained and how well the filter works.Overall, I'm really impressed with the product itself and the quality of the customer service. I didn't end up taking the refund because I really am very pleased with it; I think it's the nicest fountain I've had to date (& with five cats, you tend to go through a few fountains). Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend even with my 4 stars.
I can only give this product 4 stars because the pump doesn't seem to last for more than a few months and I see from reviews others have the same issues. But positives and why I would still recommend. Very quiet, whether you use the fountain feature or not. Durable never had issues of leakage that some have mentioned. Very easy to clean, filters are easy to remove and replace and are a great replacement price. Functions as it should, and as described. Even though i had a pump issue after only a couple of months, i contacted the vendor through Amazon and the pump is covered by the 2-year warranty that comes with this product, they responded same day and shipped new one which i received 2 days later, I could not have asked for better customer service provided.

Dishwasher Safe. Quiet. 10/10 Recommend.
The media could not be loaded. Bought September 2024–Review written July 2025:It’s been almost a year, and we still love it! We originally bought it because our orange baby was getting chin acne. We thought it was from the plastic fountain, so we switched to metal. Yes, her chin acne is gone! This fountain is perfect for semi lazy, or busy, cat owners that may forget to fill up the water daily… no judgment zone!! The reservoir holds enough water for our two cats to make it about 4-5 days without refilling. *IMPORTANT* if your cat prefers to drink out of a fountain that pools, this may not be the fountain for you—unless you refill it daily! The water doesn’t really pool (except for the top of the flower and very shallowly along the sides (see picture of depth when fountain is filled to “max” line). The depth of the pool is, obviously, determined by how full you have it—hence needing to fill it daily to keep the pooling. We bought bulk replacement filters, and replace both filters about once a month (sometimes more frequently because the long hair clogs the internal mesh filter depending on how often she plays in it). The water filters seem to catch the dirt and fur, because the water that comes out of the fountain is always clear (but we only fill it with filtered water). We wash all parts, except for the corded part, in the dish washer (bottom rack), and it’s held up great! After almost a year, it’s still quiet, still works, and hasn’t rusted. We don’t keep the light on unless we need to see the water level, but it’s not too bright and doesn’t bother the cats if it’s accidentally left on.The fact it’s lasted this long, our animals still love it, and it’s showing no signs of wearing down, I’d say it was well worth the money. The pictures and video were taken the day I wrote this review. We’d just washed it, put it back out, and the cats got excited—so I thought I’d help out other cat families who are on the fence about whether or not to buy it. 10/10 recommend!
