Another win from TOZO
I’m an avid user of earbuds because I enjoy audiobooks and a variety of music from metal to rap and everything between. I am on the phone a lot and take part in many conference calls and video conferences. While doing all these things I need to hear my family’s texts and the various alarms I set to remind me of my daily meetings and appointments. When I drive home from work I take calls or listen to music and when I’m finally relaxing in the evening I like to watch movies on my phone. Literally every part of my day requires me to have good earbuds which sound great when I need good quality and long battery life as well as a good connection for my phone calls and my colleagues need to clearly hear me on conference calls. I can’t be troubled with low batteries or poor bluetooth. Having said all that, Tozo has been the one brand that I can consistently rely on to get me through my long days. The Tozo T21 check all of my boxes. So far I haven’t had low battery alerts although I typically wear earbuds for 10-11 hours per day. Everyone says that my phone calls are clear whether I’m driving with the windows down or sitting in my office. The mics do an excellent job of picking up my voice but not every sound around me. I really enjoy the Tozo app for adjusting the EQ for my specific needs as my music choices require a variety of different sound profiles. I say this in every review and will continue as long as it remains honest, Tozo is consistently the best quality at an excellent price. You can spend 5x more money and get a product that isn’t on the same level as Tozo. If you’ve never tried their products, stop reading reviews and looking for the best value, you’re already there. Treat yourself to something nice and get some Tozo earbuds. You can get a nice variety of earbuds for very little money.

Outstanding Sound and Features at a Great Price!
The TOZO T21 Wireless Earbuds have exceeded my expectations! The sound quality is rich and well-balanced, with deep bass and clear highs, perfect for music, calls, and podcasts. I love being able to customize the sound with 32 EQ presets through the app—a rare feature in this price range. The dual mics and noise cancelling make phone calls crystal clear, even in noisy environments. The LED display on the case is super convenient for checking battery levels at a glance, and the 44-hour total playback time means I can go days without recharging. The IPX8 waterproof rating is a huge bonus for workouts or rainy days.Comfortable, durable, and packed with features, the TOZO T21 earbuds are a fantastic value. Highly recommended!

Great buy!
These earbuds exceeded my expectations. They’re super comfortable to wear for long periods and paired quickly with my phone. The sound quality is rich and clear, and calls come through crisp without any issues. I’ve also dropped them once and they still work perfectly, so they seem very durable. The charging case is compact, easy to carry around, and the battery lasts a long time. I also really like the Tozo app, which lets me customize the sound to my liking. For the price, these earbuds are a steal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, affordable wireless earbuds.

Not for smaller ear canals
The sound was nice, but they are too big for my ears. I have small ear canals, and I was so looking forward to these after I read they were comfortable. They fit poorly enough that they hurt when they should have been secure, and fell out when pulled away enough to be comfortable. My husband had no issue, but he didn't need a pair so they got sent back. I returned them and got a quick refund.

Comfy great sounding earbuds!
Amazing sound for this price point. Tozo packed in a 14.2mm driver which delivers an impressive sound. In comparison most earbuds have under 10mm drivers. So the T21 earbuds will get very loud and bumpy. I ran with the T21's and they did not need adjustment and felt very comfertable. I appreciate that the earbuds feel natural in your ears.

Not the most perfect sound out of the box, but customizable to a decent sound.
Update 2: not much to say other than I was not a fan of how these sounded so like the TOZO A1s (that I got to sound much better and more how i like it) with some trials (and error?) in the EQ.. I got these to sound much better. These the last time i was listening to them just sounded "off" ... like the mid frequencies were not where i wanted them. These are NOT bass head earbuds anyway but with the new EQ I have (image posted and also shared to the TOZO EQ Zone for people to try themselves) ... these sound much better, then before in my view. These sound muddy to me out of the box and pulling mid bass down and increasing the high end, helps bring out the clarity I felt these were lacking.I pulled the rating down still from 4 out of 5 (which i felt i gave to a few TOZO buds i like more) but at 3 out of 5 now i'd say maybe these i'd truly give a 3.5 out of 5 or something. Really (other than the fact this style of bud falls out of my ears sometimes) .. it's just due to the sound. Build quality and everything else is a 4 (or higher) out of 5----Update: I am including a screenshot of my current EQ for the Tonal buds and while it’s almost like the EQ I set during my review, I think I increased the middle part of the EQ’s sliders a bit. Before the change, the EQ settings I used made it sound better … but still not where I wanted it to be. I admit that in both cases the bass is there but not “punchy” … I think this EQ I am posting got that last bit of “mid bass muddiness” that I still heard out of the sound. The bass may not be as “strong” but the mids and highs (Mids and Treble)’s CLARITY has in my view … come back.I like them much better now and as you may read below … the muddy sound was REALLY my “only issue” with these.I recommend them as long as you are not a “bass head” as even the default sound with stronger bass … in my VIEW … sounds muddy and it’s not a “crisp” but strong bass.-------------------------Original Review (redo) -I want to start by saying I have a number of earbuds from various brands, but in this review WHEN I do the comparisons I will limit things to other semi in-ear earbuds AND other TOZO products. Another thing I want to say is sometimes these are listed as TOZO Tonal Fits … other times listed by the model number, the TOZO T21s … I will try to stay consistent but if I mix the two in this review … they both are THESE earbuds.TOZO products I own are Tozo T6, T9, NC2, and A3s. I also HAD a pair of NC7’s that had a tech issue that caused me to send them back.Other Semi In-ear Earbuds I have are well .. the TOZO A3s, SoundPeats True Air 2 AI (the AI part matter?) earbuds, and a newer pair to me the Mee Pebbles.TL|DR summary:Pros:- general fit (not perfect but in no way uncomfortable) … not sure I’d go say running (treadmill included) or anything like that with ANY semi in-ear earbuds as I feel they will fly out in some use-cases- Typical TOZO quality … one reason TOZO along with Earfun and Tribit are my favorite brands is the build quality is constant and even the lower end models are made well.- TOZO App Support.- Battery lifeWhat I don’t like (calling this a “con” seems extreme to me but I have to be fair)- The sound even EQed a bit (for now) – These don’t have terrible sound. I feel that the mids and highs are decent for semi in ear buds but the mid-bass bleeds into things making them sound “woofy”. Even though I got these at a discount, do I dislike the sound enough to return them (they are IN the window to return them as I type this)? … NO … I cant say I dislike them enough, but I just wish even bringing the mids-bass down in the EQ, that these had more clarity in the mids and highs. To be TOTALLY FAIR .. that mid bass bleeding into the other frequencies making these sound “muddier” than they could be is my only issue .. other than that I like these and even WITH this problem I cant say I don’t like them.Comparisons:- TOZO A3s:-- The A3’s have a shorter battery life, though before I did was is listed in my update .. I THOUGHT these had a “crisper” sound … I was wrong … for the record I was comparing the Sound of the A3s (no app support in my version so I cant “EQ them” … vs what I INITIALLY had set as my Tonal Fit EQ,… pulling down the bass and increasing the top end (treble)------------------------------------------Copy from below- SoundPeats TrueAir 2s:-- Without repeating myself about how these TOZOs sound too “woofy” in the sub-bass which results in some lost clarity in my view in the mids and highs… I will say the Soundpeats True Air 2s sound much better in the mids and highs (no sub bass bleeding into things) HOWEVER …. the bass overall suffers (so to speak). Sort of the opposite problem … (though this changes in my update … I am redoing my initial review, typing this). Both these SoundPeats and the Tozo Tonal fits (with my “final EQ” in the TOZO App … the one in my update) both HAVE bass but lack a “punch” to the bass, however compared to some buds, they make up for this by sounding crisper and cleaner in the mids and highs because of this. Bottom Line … “Bass heads” may not be happy with either of these WITH THIS EQ setting.- Mee Pebbles.-- After listening to all of my semi-in ear earbuds, these may be my “least favorite sounding” .. .not as crisp as the other buds, HOWEVER the fit maybe may favorite. I never had a pair of Samsung buds with this sort of design for semi-in ear buds but I like the fit. IF Mee gets the EQ’ing right they have something good. Having said that the Tonal fits DO NOT feel uncomfortable or anything. I just like the Pebble’s fit better.-------------------------------------------------------------OverallI do like these and …. I can’t really say I’d totally recommend these ONLY due to that sound issue, but I also WOULD NOT say “avoid these”. I like they are semi in-ear and really I like everything about them (typical TOZO, hence why they are one of my favorite brands). The clarity in the mids and highs (likely due to mid-bass being too high even when EQ’d down) and that really is my ONLY real issue.
