These really don’t have a strong taste which is nice because I’ve tried some nasty tasting products before. The ingredients are great and I’ve enjoyed both these products.

I notice the difference in my hair and skin when I regularly use this silica supplement. This brand seems to be reputable and the droppers are easy and convenient to use. I am not a huge fan of the zinc though - I probably wouldn’t order that one again as the taste is strong to me and I’m also concerned about the disrupting the delicate copper/zinc balance. I will keep it on hand for illness though, just won’t take it daily. The silica I feel great about taking most days! Great price for quality silica compared to competitors.

I am so pleased with these supplements! For some reason I thought I was getting only the zinc but both came together. They are absolutely tasteless and I can take them easily with drops under my tongue or simply swallowing it or adding it to water. I like to take them at night when I also take my magnesium because zinc and magnesium balance each other when not taken in extremely high doses. I wasn't familiar with the effectss of silica but I learned that it helps with calcium and magnesium absorption. All these water soluble minerals should be taken together (again, as long as they're not extremely high doses, which can create imbalances and interference with absorption). Like some other reviewers I have been switching to liquid supplements and tinctures and what I am MOST pleased about with these is that there is no glycerin added, no sweeteners or any additives whatsoever. Eidon Ionic Minerals Liquid Silica & Zinc is a great one two punch for your health. This duo pack helps boost your immune system and hair health. Theyvare both basically tasteless, however I find that they are best taken when mixed in a drink. It takes awhile to see results from any supplement, but I'm happy with both products so far. For a 2 pack product, it's a good buy.

High quality tinctures are typically quite expensive, so I was pleased to find this 2 pack of Zinc and Silica tinctures. Both tinctures are clear, dissolve well in water, and have a neutral taste with no bad aftertaste. The packaging, bottle, and dropper are excellent quality. While it's too early to assess whether the Zinc and Silica have provided health improvements, I feel good about taking these on a daily basis and I haven't had any negative side effects. I think for the price, this is an excellent bundle of high quality tinctures.
