Replacement Keyboard for MSI GS66 Stealth 10SD 10SF 11UH 12UH GE66 Raider 10SF & MSI GP66 MS-1542 MS-1543 MS-1544 Stealth 15M Series Laptop with Per-Key RGB Backlit Keyboard

This keyboard works as a replacement for the GS66 Stealth 10UE. It is difficult to replace, but due to MSI using plastic welded rivets to hold the keyboard metal backplate. You will have to break these rivets and remount through your own method, whether that be plastic welding or an adhesive. Keyboard works great and glows as expected

My original keyboard started to do all kinds of weird things. Keys not working, double typing etc. Replaced with this replacement keyboard. All the keys and RGB work fine except spacebar. You have to press it right in the middle otherwise it won't register. Keyboard looks and feels like the original.

It works and looks like the original. The butterfly mechanism under the keys are not the same as the OEM part so key caps can't be reused. My only complaint is that the space key stabilization is worse than the original. The left edge doesn't register when pressed, so you have to make sure your thumb lands a bit more centered to get the key to register.I installed this on a gs66-11ue. It was tough even with a lot of experience. That's MSIs fault and I didn't factor that into the review.

I have a MSI Raider GE66 10SFS, and bought this keyboard replacement for keycaps.Needed 2, a single letter and Ctrl keys, and hinges didn't exactly fit, so both keys work (?) but specially the Ctrl one looks and works wonky. I had to try buying a new replacement caps again. Too bad my purchase didn't work, because it does look high quality. But I do recommend to update the description and take out this MSI laptop model.
