Somewhat broken
One of the assembly rods came without the screw insert section. Making it lose and impossible to fully assemble. Hopefully it can still hold decent amounts of documents

Poles were difficult to screw in, but sent replacements very quickly

Missing parts
Only the 3 tier letter tray arrived none of the other items the only way to get additional items was to return the item. As I expected they would follow I had already made the 3 tier tray and discarded packaging so returning it in order to receive a replacement isn't as easy. It's a shame there isn't a way to follow up on the omitted items so they can be resent.
