Received item with a broken head. So dissatisfied.

Delivered Twice with broken head
I don’t understand why the head of the statue always arrives broken… It doesn’t make sense. If it was thrown around the whole statue would be broken. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second time I’ve received this.
