Yes, the geo grid is a flexible poly, very simple to cut. A good pair of scissors or a nice hedge trimmer does the job nicely. Of course you can use utility knife as well.

Q: What do I anchor this down?

We highly, and we mean highly recommend utilizing our Rebar J Hook anchors for installation. They are designed specifically for the Geo Ground Grid, and have excellent strength and work with any ground you are installing on.
