Good
The media could not be loaded. Best exprience ever.. item deliverd 4th sep and technition comes nxt day morning... best ac ever... i paid charges total 2745.. But they not giving me Invoice

Waste of money
Product used from last 3 days cooling was very low item received with leakage of compressor gas, technician rectified the issue but problem still remains same.please don't buy this product

Power full indoor cooling power in 10 mins at 45c best results use table fan dont use celing fan

Most pathetic service you can't imagine even.
AC was delivered on 4th of April 2023.The Bluestar Partner called (M R Engineering/Kolkata). Till today (16/04/2023) they are coming. Even raised request on Bluestar customer care app to on 14th April. Again they called and from next no response. I'm going to install the AC with an aftermarket service provider and for all installation and other expenses or any warranty issue for this or any dispute for the same will be pure responsibility of either Bluestar the AC manufacturing company or their partner M R Engineering. Giving the both parties on 24hrs of time to response. Henceforth I will not wait and all claims will be as per communications.
