Saves me Money on Meal Subscriptions
Most subscription plans for meals are outrageously expensive, what I like about these meals is the calories per meal are around 160 calories and filling. It doesn't look like much food, but when you're trying our beans with meat you feel full having one of these and a side salad or steamed vegetables. These are helping me to lose weight, stay full and save time without a costly meal plan.

I bought these for my dad for a quick lunch because he requested them and he loves them. They’re quick and easy to make. The only thing I didn’t like is the sodium is really high but he was fine with it. 😊
