Before buying/trying this item be aware that you cannot return it. I could not find a smaller count and so took a chance on this amount. It was a mistake. The taste is very very bad. I do not notice any extra energy or clarity. It gives me a terrible stomach ache. Plus it is very expensive. I do NOT recommend this product. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

It is rare I go a day without taking my Ketone's from Ketone IQ! For me, they improve my quality of life so much that it is worth the cost. They give me a energy boost during long work days and allow me to focus. I take them before workouts to help give me a clean energy boost without any jitters or making my heartrate go crazy. It also helps with my appetite, even when I am hormonal and having sugar cravings, it helps to keep those at bay!I have gotten used to the flavor of the original, and so I can drink it straight and it really doesn't bother me. Also, daily I create "K-Water" which I saw one of the creator's post on insta and I love it! It is a combo of LMNT electrolyte packet, ice water, a dose (or two) of Ketone IQ and if I am feeling spicy I will squeeze a lemon or lime in it. I drink this throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized. The Peach flavor caffeinated ones are seriously SO delicious, and the caffeine seems smoother than caffeine in coffee or energy drinks, so no issues with jitters or feeling weird.Anyone who knows me, knows I don't go anywhere without my Ketone IQ. Thankfully the travel bottles don't upset TSA, so I don't have to! Thank you Ketone IQ- you have changed my life for the better!!

I was on a ketogenic diet for a long time, and it gave me a lot of sustained energy. But it's hard to sustain a keto diet. These shots give you the same kind of energy - not jumpy like caffeine - and a mental clarity that's pretty unparalleled. I take one every morning. WARNING - it tastes terrible. You'll get used to it, kind of.

My friends started taking Ketone-iq to help with motocross, mtb, and general alertness after seeing some pro athletes take it, and I'll admit I was skeptical.I got the larger bottle to give it a try, and I'll admit I saw a noticeable improvement in every instance. In the morning it helped me feel more awake and sharp until lunch and as a teacher this was so helpful. When I take it before hockey or motocross I notice that during the game/ activity I just feel like I can go longer without feeling fatigued. For motocross I feel like my arm pump is also reduced which helps me ride longer.I wouldn't say it replaces taking a shot of espresso or an energy drink, I still have one before I workout or play hockey, but it gives you a noticeable boost in endurance, energy and it just makes me feel better. As someone who just plays hockey and rides motos/ mtbs for fun, feeling better and enjoying myself more is huge, and Ketone-IQ does that. The only con is that it does not taste amazing, but I just take a drink of water after and it is fine. I much prefer the strong taste to them adding sugar and other unnecessary stuff to it to make it taste better. I love the shots because they are easy to throw in my hockey bag or take with me to the track.I would recommend anyone who wants a boost in performance and wants to do it in a healthy way try out Ketone-IQ. I don't claim to understand the science. Put very simply, it's calories. And it tastes kind of gross (you get used to it and it's actually not so bad after you've been using it for a while). But I find on very long days when I've got 2-6 hours of exercise, my stomach tolerates this probably better than anything else I use for fuel (I primarily use maurtens but I just can't do maurtens for four hours). So the way I look at this is I don't really care how it works. My stomach will accept this almost any time I need it to.Unfortunately it's incredibly expensive so I try to be careful about when I'm using it. But I don't hesitate to take one before a run and put two in my pocket for during the run. It's incredibly helpful when I started feeling gassed. I wish I'd brought six with me on my last race and regretted only having three.One other thing that should be mentioned, I'm not sure why the version that comes in the big bottle tastes totally different than the little "shots," but I absolutely can't stand the big bottles and the shots at this point (quoting Ari Klau) "taste like candy."
