Five stars for the feeder, 2 stars for the app
Five stars for the feeder, 2 stars for the app so my total rating is adjusted based on this. This is one of the only feeders we found that could do 5 meals a day and small meal sizes. I also like that the drawers retract after the meal time. We use these for our cats because they wake us up throughout the night screaming for food. The feeders have been a nice break and we’re getting much better sleep now. However they don’t connect to the app all the time. We get error messages stating the feeders are offline when they aren’t. Luckily the app worked great when we initially set them up so we don’t have to update much (we’ve updated serving sizes) as long as you are using the app to set meals up you can do small meals 1gram+, but there’s a 5gram minimum if using the feeder itself to set up the meals. Only other criticism is there should be a volume setting for the feeding bell, there is only on (loud) and off. Our cats look like they hit the jackpot when the drawers open up at feeding time!

Faulty product. Do not bother!
I'd give no stars if I could.... First, the directions are lacking considerable detail. Second, I charged the feeder, went to turn it on as directed, and it came on just once and only for about 5 seconds. Then never again! Third, the app is completely non-functional! In fact, the QR code they give isn't even recognizable in iTunes app store. Once you do find it, you can't even register. In summary -- buyer beware. This product is extremely faulty. I'm bummed that I wasted time researching it, waiting for it to arrive, and more-so, that I allowed mailing this to add to our carbon footprint. Very disappointed.

IOS App doesn't work
It's a shame that their app has let them down so badly because the machine seems pretty nice. Being able to program and control the feeder from my phone justified the price but because I couldn't even register my email through their IOS app it might as well not even have wifi connectivity. There is no helpline to call or website to go to for trouble shooting either. I will be returning this product.
