Fulfills the expectations for this budget

Heater problem.
Water heater purchased in Nov 2022. As we were out of town for 4 months, after returning on Sep 2024 the heater is not working properly.Some days it starts with repeated on off some days it doesn't.Would like a company mechanic to check.Just 2 ppl using it only in winter.

Never buy online and better avoid Crompton
Worst product and brand service. Internal tank started leaking just after an year. For service under team is saying will take 1 month to replace. The dealer says not buy online. There is no person to take warranty replacement responsibility if purchased online.

Product is good but no free installation and pipes
The product looks great and heats water in minutes. The only problem I see is the pipes and installation is not free. I agree that installation is chargeable but why these top brands do cost cutting by not providing the pipes? I purchased pipes from installation guy from Crompton of Rs 350 which is totally not acceptable.

Good Product
This is a fantastic geyser.Pros -1. It gives you instant hot water in 1 minute in running water and it 5 mins to heat up the fully loaded tank for use.2. Easy to install if you have already done the water and electric line for the geyser.3. Compact size.4. 4 step safety features with auto cut and two indicators for easy understanding of functionality.Cons -1. It didn't come up with inlet outlet pipe. You have to buy it separately.2. Brand will not give you any installation or demo for the very product.3. Tank size is very small compared with the body itself.4. (Don't know about others but in my experience) This product don't have any reset switch.
