Clever Creations Wooden Star Shaped Nativity Scene Christmas Ornament, Festive LED Holiday Décor for Shelves and Tables, Brown

The first nativity scene was purchased for me to be the centerpiece of the Christmas wreath I made for our front door. The image above is my wreath.I was so pleased with how well it turned out, that I purchased a second wreath, so that I could make a Christmas wreath for my son and his family. Thanks to the light on the nativity scene, it beautifully illuminates the nativity scene to show the lovely detail work.I do have a suggestion however, how about a timer option for the lights? Reason I suggest is because this hangs on my door, I need to remember to turn it on and then turn it off later, so that I don't use the batteries up too quickly. However, minor stuff, and certainly didn't keep me from purchasing the first and then second one.

I really wanted to love this item. The design is wonderful. Unfortunately, neither the quality or craftsmanship is good quality. The seams do not match so there are noticeable gaps in every one. There is also residual glue or something that looks like glue left on the wood. For the price, I expected much more. I am still considering returning the item. So disappointed.

Let me begin by saying I really like the look of this star shaped nativity scene. However, like some of the pictures in other reviews indicate, it's not the best made. The led lights are glued in with big gobs of glue that are visible if you look up close. It is very light weight and I imagine could easily be smashed by accident. I think it should be about $20 cheaper than the listed price. All that being said, I do like it a lot - certainly the design of it is better than many other nativity scenes out there.

This is a neat little nativity scene and it has understated elegance, something that I think suits the subject matter. This nativity has the same scene on both sides, so it doesn't have to against a wall (however it would also be lovely against a wall or even hanging on one). The little LED lights create a lovely glow to the scene within the star itself, the lights have a discreet on/off switch on the bottom of the star and are battery operated. The unfinished wood has natural variances, but it adds to the charm of this piece. I am thrilled with this unique and unusual nativity!

I like the precision cut wood and lights. A five pointed star has significance to me personally so it is a treasure. A creche all in one piece is a blessing and easy to store and set up.My concerns are it is pretty fragile and strings of glue from a glue gun were strewn throughout the piece. Glue was used to attached lights inside. Most came off but one bigger glob shows....too delicate to operate it much.But it will be a keeper.

Its just like pictured. Lights are all around scene. Batteries fit well in slots and appear like great quality for the electronics. The wood glue kinda wasnt so neat and the Styrofoam has glued itself to a couple of the edges. It mostly scraped off with a razor blade. It was more expensive than others i have and they didn't have that issue so it lost a star for value for money. However my mom and i both loved it. Perfect to set in window for easy lit Christmas decoration. Very giftable for a small space Christmas display!

Was looking for a nativity scene to decorate this Christmas and am so pleased with this one. Made of thin, lightweight wood, the holy family and shepherd with a star of Bethlehem and angel overhead is precision cut surrounded by soft warm lights (powered by 2 AA batteries) strategically placed unseen around the inner frame of the star for a sort of 3-D effect. The lights are turned on/off manually with an easily accessible switch located on the bottom next to the battery compartment.

My wife has nativity scenes from all over the world. I like that this one is beautifully done, and it is one piece, so as long as it is cared for, there is nothing to lose. Even though I gave it 5 stars on craftsmanship, some of the panels on the stars were not completely joined. this allows a tiny bit of light to show through, detracting a little from the light displayed on the scene. This notwithstanding, definitely recommended as decor, or for someones nativity collection.

A lovely handmade and authentic ornament. The wood carving is of excellent quality. I didn’t give it the full 5 stars as the wood colour is slightly streaky.But I’m still really happy with it, and will look to purchase other items from the seller

Really lovely piece .. just the right size to sit on my windowsill & the lights give it the proper ambiance .. its bigger than I expected - I suppose in diameter it's about the size of a tea plate - it will store nicely in its box ready for several year's festivities as well .. happy customer 😊

I absolutely loved it.As it is hand made why not put a light in the star. That would really be amazing.It is so beautiful thank you very much.

A lovely addition to the Christmas decorations. 1 battery lasted for the month. Switch a little fiddly to get to but really not an issue with a few goes. Looking forward to it coming out next December

Beats the tacky 70s plastic one I remember as a kid!
