Can you track the order? You should be able to see where the hangup was. I would tell the seller, but I don't know for sure.

Q: I don’t have any pain or rubbing but my 2nd toe is beginning to want to cross toward the big toe. Will these actually prevent it from becoming worse?

I found this very uncomfortable and highly doubt they will prevent the second toe from crossing over the big toe…I have the same problem

The pack I bought had two for for each foot. They cannot be interchanged as they are shaped to the foot.
