Very happy with the smart appearance of my newly painted door.

Really happy with this, it's really nice quality. However, I didn't measure the thickness of my door first - I just assumed that as completely bog standard uPVC door, it would fit. However, it turned out my door is 30mm thick but the minimum thickness this supports is 40mm. My fault for not checking.However, I liked the quality and look enough that I spent some time making a spacer so that I could use it. Another option would be to use something like a Dremel cutting disk to shorten it.

Not the easiest to attach to the door, unless l'm doing something wrong.

Only just screwed it on so don't know how well it will do long term. Impressed that it offers a five year guarantee on it but again if the plastic breaks it will be interesting to see if you can claim. Prompt delivery and very reasonably priced.

This was an easy fit for my customers door but every door Is different. The quality Is extremely good and It feels really robust and solid. No sharp corners....everything nicely rounded off and smooth. Flaps nice and springy and close with a lovely muffled thud. Definitely would buy again If needed elsewhere.

Looks ,Feels like a superior letterbox’s compared to the last one I replaced it’s 10x better in appearance & sturdiness, a very nice white gloss finish on it too .. Very pleased .. I did my usual in-depth internet search on what I’m buying , I know it’s only a letterbox .. but you’ve got to do it .. otherwise chances are you’ll end up with a inferior sub standard product .. anyway as usual , like 99% of the time Amazon as the product at best price , only Ryobi One + at Ryobi I find better prices & guarantees for my ever growing tool collectionDoor is Farrow & Ball YearBridge Green 287 I was mightily impressed with the colour & application.. obviously not cheap but it is good stuff

I have not been able to install this because the guide holes for the screws do not come out far enough. When I put the two halves of the unit into the front and back of the door, it was not easy to align them so that the screws from the inside unit could locate the screw holes of the other unit. I have given up and am waiting for someone who can cut off the guides from my old, broken, letter box and glue them onto the screw holes of the new one to help install it. Very frustrating.I have given 3 stars because the product quality seems very good … if only I could use it!🤦‍♀️
