I googled best oximeters. And ended up buying the vital track. Very bad decision. It stayed at 99% reading no matter what I did. So I ended up buying the ZacUvrate. Actually two of them. One is plain and the other has the heartbeat. I have been recently diagnosed with a heart arrhythmia. And I am on a new prescription. The doctor told me to monitor my heart rate, blood pressure, and O2 levels. As you can see from the pictures the ZacUvrate's have the same level readings. I also switch fingers and you can still see that it was not the fingers, that it's an actual reading. I highly recommend this device. It gives you a true O2 reading.

Works great especially for the price. Its easy to change the batteries and looks very cute. The only con is that sometimes it takes a while to read on my hands since my fingers are very small and usually pretty cold. It does usually read on my boyfriends right away though so it is most likely a me problem.

Very accurate: compared to my doctor's device: spot on. I like the static display and not the display which changes orientation. I need this to monitor my oxygen levels. Will another.

This oximeter works great! I've had some that have trouble picking up the heartbeat or the oxygen sats. This one has worked accurately every time I've used it which is almost every day. Great product!

I’ve only had it a few days, but it has worked well so far. I believe I will like it. But since I’ve only had a few days can’t give it a five.

Very pleased with purchase. I have very cold hands so I have to warm them before I use the tester, and it gives me a good reading.
