Impressed. Second attempt to get a decent linear actuator that can push/pull with some decent force and this one does that with out trouble and is well built and pretty solid nearly all of metal construction. The fact that power is disconcerted at end of stroke is a bonus (until you reverse polarity to return the stroke) Very happy with this product so far and it looks like it will be reliable by the design and build quality.

Used for solar tracker system
Purchased this to replace my N/S axis actuator which stopped working. Works well, however automated power start up is huge which causes a voltage drop. Should be an easy fix by changing out thickness of my power cables going to the tracker from my system. Bare this in mind if buying for this purpose. Works absolutely fine moving solar panels manually.

Plenty of force to raise 2 x 8Kg Solar panels
250mm version , Used to lift/change the angle of a double solar panel 100cm x 70cm in a wooden frame so lower down @ about 22degs the early rising sun falls on the panel rather than it casting a shadow on itself.This was a simpler option for maximum sun during the day, rather than rotating the whole frame (on a garage roof)

Seems very sturdy. Runs as expected. Probably a bit bulkier than I had hoped, so I would recommend checking dimensions first before purchasing.
