Great laptop, easy purchase.
This computer is great! Easy setup, lightweight, big screen. Just did a zoom call and it had good quality sound and video. Happy to pay less for a like-new laptop. Saved about $150.

HP tagged this laptop as being out of warranty.
Setup was not working correctly. I used my desktop device to try to resolve the problems. Once I reported to HP that this device was NOT out of warranty (providing them a copy of my invoice), then all seemed to go smoothly after that.The only issue is the cursor does not work properly, and getting it to work with the wireless mouse is not going well.Thank goodness I had a desktop and HP Assistant Support to get through some of the issues.It's a good learning experience. I do love my HP devices - so far.

Great Windows 11 laptop
Description states that the laptop cones with Windows 10, but actually has Windows 11 Home pre-installed. A bit disappointing, but not a major deal breaker.

Good deal but short on the end
The laptop is very nice and easy to set up and use. But the laptop has only 14 days of warranty left. I just purchased it and took it out of the box. Never been used, but no warranty left. An expensive item to buy with no warranty

Super Value
I picked up a returned one of these for nearly half the price and i have been amazed at how well its worked. Windows 11 now and only issue i have had was a bluetooth driver that i rolled back to the old to fix the issue. Otherwise, the screen and power is really good for the price. It does play most moderate games as well via steam, just not the hard games with hundreds of frame rates needed.
