The media could not be loaded. When i insert the cartridge it says cartridge unrecognised hence i changed to next and the next in process have opened 4 cartridges not even one works, Useless and money down the drain, pls dont cheat ur customers, If its an error please rectify,Kodak is a big name and trust. I know its useless but atleast u will read this and try and change ur ethics. Please refund or replace my cartridges,Thank u
