My partner says they helped me, it's been about 2 weeks ran out, so I'm about to buy them one more time and see if they REALLY do work.So far great! Please don't take this forever, these vitamins will hurt you in other ways, always do research and tell your doctor what youre taking vitamin wise so they understand why your levels are there!

These are actually edible!
I cant read, so I originally thought these were suppositories. Imagine my surprise after years of inserting them incorrectly when I found out that you actually chew them instead! It turns out that they actually work much much better that way too!

Helping with my sleep quality
