I love these and truly believe they help with my immune system. I take them every day. It's a shame I can't have more as a snack!

Great taste!
I love the taste of these vitamins! I always take elderberry and zinc when I get a cold. Elderberry is supposed to help with congestion, but I'm not sure how effective it actually is. Either way, I figure it is better than taking nothing!

I have been chewing these gummy‘s for at least two years and my local store finally could not have them anymore and I signed up on Amazon for a monthly prescription. Happy happy! they’re better than any other ones. I’ve tried out there.

I love these elderberry gummies. They taste really good and I swear the elderberry/zinc/vit.c combo has kept me healthy around my daycare toddler who brings home all the germs.I personally don't take these all year, only during cold/flu season or if I'm around any sick family membersThe con is the cost as they are a little pricey,
