Decent but low water pressure.
If like me you live in a block of flats with low water pressure buy a tap with a spray function.Saying that it's a quality product, but buy it from resale if you can. Great deals to be had, sometimes more than 50 percent off, and most of the products I've bought off there have been good.I probably wouldn't pay RRP for this, but it is a quality product.

Peels easily
I bought this kitchen faucet 6 months ago and installed it 4 months ago, I was very pleased in the beginning. But in the last month or so I started to notice that is peels.I'm very disappointed from the quality of the product, especially since I purchased it for a lot of money and from a Hansgrohe that is considered excellent manufacture.

Rubbish, cannot believe how bad it is
Was faulty from day one. Took weeks to get Hansgrohe to look at it. Endless photos and videos and being fobbed off. So disappointed with the quality and having 6mm flexi tubes that cannot be removed it has slowed down the flow to a ridiculous level. If they had not messed me around so much I could have returned in the given time but they dragged it out till it was too late. Hundreds of pounds wasted.

Awful
One month in to using our new tap and this is what it looks like. Amazon being useless in giving us the details of the company, I cant seem to find them or get hold of them. If anyone can help me with contact details that would be great. We bought Hansgrohe to avoid this kind of shody craftsmenship!!! For the cost it is ridiculous! Please help! Thanks

Lovely tap
Lovely tap. Appears well made with good finish. As it's euro fittings it required a couple of adapters to fit my existing pipes. Was easy to fit and works well. Only slight annoyance is that cold water is obtained by pulling the handle forward toward you, so the default (if you always return the handle to upright as in the picture) is hot water; a nightmare to explain to guests. Although personal choice, I would perhaps select something more conventional next time.

NO WARNING THAT TAP MIGHT AFFECT HOT WATER PRESSURE
QUITE USELESS NO HOT WATER PRESSURE SPRAY ATTACHMENT STOPS IT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.HANSGROHE CUSTOMER SERVICES CHARMING BUT USELESS.NOW OUT OF TIME TO RETURN WITH IT STILL ATTACHED TO PIPE UNTIL PLUMBER COMES WITH A NEW TAP TO REPLACE IT.

Make sure it will work in your kitchen before you buy!
If you don't have at least 1bar pressure into both hot and cold taps AND less than 0.5bar difference in pressure between the hot and cold supplies this tap won't work for you. If you aren't sure that your kitchen meets these criteria then avoid!!
