I've been using sticky dressings following elbow surgery which need changing regularly due to complications. The sticky dressings are a bit painful to remove but these are perfect for me to allow more movement and adjustability of tightness with no pain when removing. I use sterile gauze under this. If you're dealing with wound care I wish you well.

Like this product. Sticks well and the length is good. Wished I had bought a wider tape as it can cut in to the skin at times

I use this to support an arthritic wrist whilst weight training. It allows more movement of my hand than othe supports I've owned. It is simple to use and it adheres to itself well. I did an hours session and it stayed intact the whole time. It is easy to remove and to be honest you could reuse it if you wanted as it will re-adhere to itself. If your want support without the limitations, I'd recommend this product.
