Defective piece and poor quality of stone
The media could not be loaded. Defective....piece not perfectly made...lower pointer is not properly fixed and hense can't dowses properly. Never buy anything from such venders who do not want to reply.....what to talk of a refund or replacement

Below average product
As soon as I opened the box pendulum fell down and triangular part got separate from the rounded part. So pendulum remained of no use. Quality of material used is not good.
