The frames are wonderful, unfortunately the old wood from which are made was very different on the two we bought. But that was expected. Great quality, and well built.

Looks good. Frame is lightweight. Gave us the look we wanted.

Update:I was contacted by the Manufacturer and even though the damage was the fault of poor packing by Amazon… they will send a replacement outer frame.*Changing back to 5 Stars.The Bad:The frame arrived LOOSE in a much bigger box. There was NO packing & one 2-inch strip of plastic film around the middle. (Not sure what that was meant to accomplish while the frame bangs around in the box!)The glass was not broken, BUT the frame has a very large crack on one side.The good:The rustic look of the frame (if not broken) goes nicely with watercolor prints.

Beautiful color and the quality is great

The quality of what I received is really bad. The cardboard backing is cheap. The hanger is cheap and taped to the back without any nails or screws (the description says it is ready to hang). The glass isn’t a good fit and nothing was shrink wrapped or packaged. When I went to return the frame I was notified that $7 would be taken out from the refund price.I hurts me to know this is American made and distributed. Costs too much for the poor quality and then they stick it to you again with return label fee.
