Love this stuff!
I use it several times a week. Very easy to take, has ability to help if I feel like I'm "fading " in the afternoon.Small dose 100 mcg is all I need to feel balanced.

This GTF Chromium is awesome love the brand this actually works for you if you eat right you got to do smaller portions meals for this to work you can not eat like a hog and expect a miracle I do intermittent fasting 16/8 and my blood sugar down from 319 to 225 since June 1 -2019 đź‘Ť

Wow, it works for me!
I have been trying for 5 years to get a handle on headaches associated with blood sugar or insulin resistance as well as sensitivity to cold air, this worked immediately. My blood sugar numbers always looked good on a glucose meter monitored for 3 years.I would estimate around a 98% improvement. No more headaches! Downside is that I can overeat by snacking now, which I will do my best not to do. Maybe the soil mineral depletion that we hear so much about is true. Commercial farmers don't till the soil anymore, so I am told.

Would Recommend!
