Finally relieved from constipation .
I am patient of permanent constipation with gas and lactose intolerant, finally this have healed me , i do regular toilet now.1tbs dilution with 1glass water AM before breakfast . But you should maintain diet.Stay hydrated, avoid junkies and carbonated drink and do avoid lactose if ur intolerant to lacty

Life saver .If you have GERD or acid reflux then its mostly low stomach acid NOT HIGH Stomach acid which 90 % of doctors diagnose and prescribe antacid and other medicines.Two small teas spoons once in the morning and one before sleep with high fibre rich foods solved by problem

Quality seems to be good
As of today,just one bottle is about to finish & efficacy of ACV is known after at least 2-3 bottles consumption,as per docs.For sure physical appearance of content is ok & expiry date related issue (as raised by many customers in their reviews) is not at all an issue.I must mention that,packaging was best in the world in its category,as advised by Amazon,in its Community guidelines.

The item received by me was NOT OF ORIGINAL QUALITY. Tastes like ordinary food grade white vinegar. Am a regular customer and don’t expect deviation from the original taste.
