I’ve been taking Alive! Women’s Vitamins for a few weeks now, and I can definitely feel a difference. I have more energy throughout the day and don’t feel as sluggish as I used to. It’s packed with a wide variety of nutrients, including B vitamins, iron, and biotin, which I really appreciate.The tablets are a bit on the larger side, but they’re easy to take with water and don’t upset my stomach like some other vitamins I’ve tried. I also like that it’s made from whole food sources and doesn’t have a strong aftertaste.If you’re looking for a good multivitamin that actually makes you feel a difference, this is a great choice. I’ll definitely be buying another bottle!

I order these vitamins on a regular basis. My daughters and I take them. I love these vitamins. Both of my daughters are vitamin D deficient and Alive has the exact amount of vitamin D they both need plus additional vitamins and minerals. We have always taken our vitamins with food so we don’t get stomach upsets. They are not too big which makes them easy to swallow and the taste is not that bad. It comes in a bottle with a kid proof top which makes it easy to use.

This is the only vitamin I could find that meets most of daily values for vitamins. It is only short when it comes to calcium and magnesium, but everything else it meets completely including iron. I don’t have to worry about vitamin deficiencies at all anymore

I’ve been using these for years. I find that I do have to remember to take them with food, or I get a bit nauseous.

I spent a while looking for a supplement that had everything i was looking for and i was a little worried about the size of the supplement/smell and its honestly really not bad! If youre worried about the taste dont use water to take it and just do it fast! Its actually easier to take than most of my other medications because its not a chalk supplement, its smooth and wont get stuck part way down. I noticed the affects of the supplement within a few days of taking it as well, i have a vitamin d and iron defenciency that would make me feel sluggish and low energy, this helps give back some of that energy and my nails look great!

Seems to be a good vitamin

I don't have anything negative to say about this product. I've been using this multivitamin for about 4 months now. No side effects thus far. I always make sure to take this with a meal to avoid nausea.My goal was to help repair the health of my nails. Also need a good source of B vitamins because I have a disorder where I am deficient in that. So my nails, they were very brittle from wearing acrylics for months and also being anemic. They were paper thin when I took the acrylics off, breaking off repeatedly. So after using this for a few months I can say that my nails are thriving. No longer thin, constantly breaking off, etc...but now much stronger and thicker. No more ridges in my nails from being anemic. I'm very pleased with my results and would recommend this.
