Easy to install, all parts included. I watched a video on how to install and it was easy

Feels cheap, very lightweight. C printed backwards. Valve is defective; have to cut pipes to remove and start over. Fortunately Amazon customer service was great and took care of it. Would not recommend.

Set is pretty cheaply made. On/off knob plate is printed upside down so if you dk t want the C backwards, you have to install it upside down. Shower head drips and so does the shower diverter. You get what you pay for with this set

This is an excellent 3 pieces shower faucet system and controller. It comes with everything you need to install a shower head in a bathroom other than the PEX plumbing. You might need a few adapters to go from whatever size PEX pipes you have to the half inch NPT connectors of the shower controller.All the pieces half an immaculate finish. There isn't as much as a scratch on any of the chrome surfaces. It comes with the screws to mount the shower controller and teflon tape for the connections.The shower itself is pretty standard with the 3 shower modes with varying intensity. It also delivers good water pressure depending on your house's plumbing.The only complaint I have is the price. Comparing a similar offering from the well-known and accepted brand - MOEN, from the Home Depot website, it seems like it's being sold for less with free shipping. Now, yes, their shipping won't be as fast as Amazon's, but then again you do have the option of going there to do a curb side pick-up. Now, there are also plenty of options available on Amazon's site as well. I think that Gricol will have to reduce their prices to be able to compete with plumber recommended brands such as MOEN.Having said that, this is a perfectly fine shower faucet / controller package. Nothing appears to be wrong with it and it doesn't have any obvious flaws. I can confidently give it 5 stars. You might be able to get a better price elsewhere be it on Amazon or at a big box store on sale.

We actually looked for some defect in the chrome finish, but there were none.This is a traditional 3 piece shower set that looks good. It feels solid and well made.

This shower set comes in a generic box. This set includes the showerhead, the spout, the flow handle, the valve controller, plus the accessories needed for a complete installation. Everything is laid loosely inside the box. The housing for the brass valve body looks a little poorly finished, scratched up like it's been used. My first impression is I'm not a big fan of the initial presentation here, particularly considering the price tag.Fortunately, everything from there improves. Everything was easy to install but I had help from a professional. We finished installing it in about an hour. According to him, the brass controller looks and feels like it's good quality. The showerhead, in particular, is smaller than I thought it would be judging by the pictures. But it actually works really well with a good amount of pressure, much better than my previous shower head in my rather low water pressure bathroom. The handle feels solid each and every time I pull it. On the downside, this set is a bit pricey compared to many others. However, it's still a good faucet set with just a few minor drawbacks.
