Q: I need to use this on the outputs of a mixer to powered speakers. Will this handle the line levels from the mixer? Not coming from an amplifier...

This is a Isolation transformer designed for this exact purpose. It will take XLR or TRS from your mixer to powered speakers without a problem. IF your speakers are quiet with no connections and hum when connected to your mixer this will help cure the issue you are having.

Q: I only have ground noise when connecting my interface to a specific amp. If I connect to powered speakers or different amps, no noise. Will this help?

This product doesn't work at all. I've tried it connecting in different ways and it just add more noise. Maybe it works with a simple hum from bad cables.

Q: Will this work for a blue brand microphone?

Unfortunately, we are not familiar with blue brand but its universal to anything with XLR or ¼ so it should not be a problem if it has those jacks.

Q: Will this eliminate 60 cycle hum on a guitar with single coil pickups in a live situation with fluorescent lighting?

This unit is NOT designed to kill SOURCES of 60 cycle hum. It is designed to isolated the input from the output so that signal ground loops cannot happen. These types of units can work miracles in that way. If you expects to kill hum and buzz from a single coil pickup this is not going to do that. The only way that is going to happen is to put a noise gate in the circuit (to hide the hum at low signal levels) or replace the single coil pickup with a humbucking pickup. There are no magic solutions to the problem of pick-up hum outside of playing the guitar in an electrically quiet environment without light controllers, dimmers and flourescent lighting.

Used to connect my electric guitar to amp.1. Attenuates the actual signal heavily.2. Boosts the humming noise.Not fit for the purpose. Might be useful somewhere else.. maybe..As a good paper weight.
