Delicious but needs to be shipped with icepacks
This is a great product, the only problem is that it is not shipped with ice packs. The product arrived melted because of the Florida summer heat. Overall fast shipping and was able to salvage by putting them in the fridge

I'm obsessed with Buenos. These were delicious and just fine, however, every single one of them, out of 20 packs, was broken in half. Made no difference to me - they were fine otherwise - I just thought I'd mention it in case that matters to some.

Addictive Chocolate
This chocolate is addictive we literally ate a box of 20 in 3 days 😅. Everything was fine when received, packaging was in good condition no missing pieces, expiration date was good (2021).

chocolate with some sort of fungus
The chocolate seems old and moldy. The hazelnut butter inside seem weirdly darkened.It took 2-3 weeks before receiving those bars, and I not going to eat them, they look expired.. Like if there were old bars under a pile of dust in an old storage warehouse.Very disappointed

A Christmas present that arrived open with 2 bars missing that was not discovered until Christmas.Not happy with this and would definitely rate this as poor service. I think a replacement box, in all fairness, should be given. Kinder is a well known name with a good reputation and these bars received a five star consumer rating.What can be done????Gene
