Received in good condition, I mean from outside it was not damaged at all but it was not functioning at all. It was not in a working state. In short they are just selling a plastic jar, nothing else.Request you NOT TO BUY.

The screws provided of the heater part were rusty. Water was showing rust particles. This should be improved given that we inhale. Otherwise a good product as the attachments provided are pretty useful.

this product is very impartent for kids and othersparticularly very necessary now a days as corona spreading .

by mistake I ordered 2. Both of them do not work. One does not even switch on. Other one switch on but water temperature is too low and not useful for steam inhaling.No option available to return from Kerala. Do not buy this. wasted my money

Product does not work as per core expectation.Recently, we opened the packing and tried taking steam but no steam even after swiching on for 30 minutes.I would like to return this product

It is a very useful product . Can work in 3 aspects as face steamer , steam and direct steam. Easy to use and have 3 attachments. Compact and durable desiqn.

Its a pathetic product with no return policy,i wish i can get my money back.Not even making water hot so you cant expect steam at all.I wish i can give zero star.

It’s very very poor quality. That’s why they made it NON RETURNABLE.It’s not good. I will not take it EVEN IF ITS FREE.
