There were a few mishaps, but the company was very good at correcting them. I originally ordered these pads, but received first dry wipes and then wet wipes from this company, and eventually received the product I ordered. I’m mentioning this because I actually really liked the wipes and I really did NOT like the pads. The pads are way to soft and tear very easily, making them useless for what I need them for. The wipes on the other hand are so durable, strong and are useful for many things. If only they could make the pads as strong as the wipes, the pads would be amazing!

I thought these would be great for cleaning my eye makeup off and using Toner. Not so much. Fell apart as soon as they got wet. It’s a bit of an irritating task when it shreds apart as I swiped over my eyes and end up with cotton in my eye. Not a fun experience. I was hoping it was a bad few of them and not the entire batch but they all seem to be that way.The look of the package is nice but I didn’t pay for the box I paid for the product and that’s money I could have saved.

These cotton rounds are very large and very strong! They do not fall apart when I take off my makeup, and I can get a lot off with just one round using both sides. The the texture is so soft and does not irritate or pull my skin. They are also a perfect thickness to hold liquid products but not waste when absorbed. I love the fact that they are organic and biodegradable, so I feel confident in my health and taking care of the earth too! I tried re-usable cotton rounds before but I never felt that they could get truly clean after using them, so I am happy to support a product that is biodegradable and ethical.

These are large and soft, but they fall apart very quickly. I can't even wipe my face once with toner before my fingers are poking through or it's broken into two pieces. I cannot recommend these. Not sure what I'll do with them, as I bought two boxes.

These XL organic facial pads are definitely XL and I love it! They are very soft and durable - they didn't fall apart when taking off my eye makeup like just about every other Cotton pad. AND I didn't need to use two of them - just one did both eyes! I will buy them again

I love the size and the softness of these face pads. they are very soft on your skin , and they do not scratch your skin. the pads absorb a lot of product ,I use these for witch hazel and alcohol, and the pads rarely break . the packaging is alright , the only reason I gave 4 stars is because when I opened the box the way it is supposed to be opened (from the side) it was hard to pull out the pads with one hand, without ripping them. I recommend opening it from the top of the box so it makes it easier to grab them with one hand.

the size is fine, but what I don't like is that it is too thin to use the toner, it breaks down very easily when I put the toner on it and I wipe it on my face, and I end up cleaning my face with cotton swabs 😁.

These are soft and the larger size that I wanted, but just not strong enough. Too expensive to return so just discarded them.
