The frames arrived intact and seemed to be well packaged to avoid damage. The frames are wooden, and the plexiglass had plastic film on both sides for protection. When the film is removed, the plexiglass was clear and easy to put back into the frame. It comes with a matte for a 5x7 picture, but that can be removed for an 8x11. No problems with the distributor or the frames, and for the price, it looks just fine.

Frames were much nicer than expected. Usually I buy cheap, plain black frames because it's hard to tell quality when a picture is hanging on the wall. Decided to use Amazon since it's a pandemic and I did not want to go into a store. Well, these frames are much nicer than I expected. It comes with it's own white mat if you want to use. The hinges are a nicer quality and don't look like they will easily pop off. Frame even comes with it's own specialized plastic nail hangers to hang (instructions included). Overall it is a set of nice frames that I would recommend.

Packaged perfectly and well protected from any scratches that couldnoccur during shipping. Protective film on the glass part of the frame as well. Displayed by pictures beautifully. You can hang them on the wall or display them on a shelf. I would definitely buy these again.

Arrived very fast for some 8x10 art I needed to frame. The art is fully displayed and not cutoff at all. They are sturdy but also lightweight enough that I was able to hang them with thumb tacks. I would love if these were available in even more sizes as they are one of my favorite frames I've ever purchased. Exactly as described and would gift these as well.

These frames are packaged well in a bubble wrap sleeve. It is nice that they don't have glass but clear heavy plastic neatly covered with a scratch protective film. The matt boards are nice enough. They are made of wood with a wonderful aromatic fragrance similar to walking into a lumber yard.

The last few different brands of black picture frames always lays a little crooked on the wall because of the stand. These frames are a little more expensive, but well worth the money if you want to hang your picture on the wall. I'm really pleased with these frames.

This product was the best. They made my James Bond autograph pictures look amazing. Will definitely be buying more. This is a great company to buy from and wonderful quality.

Wood frames were nice, very well made and in great condition, however one of the plexiglass was covered in scratches which hinders the experience of viewing the drawing I have placed in it when the light picks up on them.
