As a new mom you want to try your best to research the heck out of things. So when my little guy decided to sprout teeth out of nowhere I had to start reading up about toothpaste.Why I feel comfortable with this product:*it is fluoride free - sure it helps prevent cavities but until he's able to understand not to swallow the stuff before I'm able to wipe it off, I feel better with xylitol.*Unflavored - no flavor = less additives.*Short ingredient list: I couldn't believe what were in some of the other "natural" toothpastes for kids...including one I found with carageenan! Sure, cellulose gum isn't the best either, but it was one of the lesser evilsCombo this with the banana toothbrush and suddenly brushing teeth is fun!

The flavor isn't minty so our 2 year old doesn't hate it. We bought 2 flavors and just give her the option so she can't say no 😂

Our Dentist recommended this toothpaste for our kids and they have loved it over the last five years. It is better for their teeth and doesn't have all of the junk ingredients like normal toothpaste. But it here instead of at the Dentist because it is a far better price.

Best toothpaste ever! Tastes like nothing! I got the original, and haven’t tried any others. My daughter was so unhappy brushing her teeth because of the taste. I have tons of kids toothpaste (next best one is ‘not yucky grape’, check it out, it’s more of a gel toothpaste, thicker than this one). This one is amazing! Zero taste and no weird texture.There is no grit or fluoride in this one, if you want those. Xylitol is the main component. This one and the ‘not yucky grape’ one are my most favorite best toothpastes ever. I like mint ice cream, not toothpaste. I’d like to keep them separate, lol!

I highly recommend this. My kids like the flavor and no unnecessary neurotoxins in it aka no fluoride.

My daughter is 3 and still can't figure out how to spit, so she swallows the toothpaste. I did not like the idea of giving her toothpaste with sugar or chemical sweeteners, since she swallows and sometimes eats the toothpaste when I am not looking. Xylitol is a natural sweetener. Some claim that Xylitol has antibacterial qualities, but my dentist says that you need to use more than the average person can handle for the qualities to be effective. He still recommends Xylitol as a great alternative to sugar in toothpaste and even lollipops. My daughter loves the taste.The only issue is that the toothpaste as most kids toothpaste is that the consistency is syrupy and squeezes out fast, so you need to help you little one squeeze out just the size of a pea.

Perfect training toothpaste. Invite your child to join you, and model your morning and nightly oral care routine. This product enables them to safely practice brushing and spitting before transitioning to another toothpaste. Make it a big thing to give them a tooth brush, eventually give them 1-2 and let them choose, then leave the other in storage for next time, so they can look forward to it. Once their teeth start to touch and catch food, you can start flossing them. After they gain confidence with the toothbrush, them explore with floss, and also gargling. Follow a consistent patentor when brushing, like top left to right, bottom left to right, tongue, floss, gargle, rinse with fresh water. It's a joyous journey, just keep modeling and smiling. Fluoride free!
