Great. I didn't know which size I needed so having all 3 sizes made finding the "Goldilocks" fit (Med) easy. Actually the Med or Lg will work so its nice to have that one also. I originally was going to give these three stars as the moldings are a bit low quality, however, after considering that they did exactly what I wanted at such a low price that I can't argue with, I have to give five as they have proven perfect for my needs, namely replacing the original which fell apart.

There's are Great Replacements, but they're aren't the the factory clear color that came with my headset!!!

These fit on the Plantronics with the little piece that insirts and locks into place.

Sadly, right after the earbuds came in my PLT Voyager took its last cruise
