Yakima clamps work great with my Yakima Lock and Load K platform
Yakima clamps work great with my Yakima Lock and Load K platform on my GMC Yukon Denali stock crossbars. Highly recommend this!

Work great, wish there was less length to the bolts.
This is a genuine Yakima product so it works exactly as you would expect for its purpose. The only reason its not 5 stars is that the length of the bolts is so long that it takes forever to install and (heaven forbid) uninstall your rack. I get that the added length helps ensure a wide range of application and acts as a backstop if things get loose, but I think you could get that effect with something half as long. Remember, you'll need two of these to secure all 4 connection points on your rack. this is just 2.

Works really well with both of my vehicles' roof rack systems. VERY sturdy!

Needs a redesign. Bolts to long
Uses small nuts with long bolts making rachet wrench use impossible and difficult to tighten due to location underneath rack. Had to use box wrench which then became a pain in the rear with confined space to work wrench in.
