I always love the dressing on salads in Japanese restaurants. I kept trying "Asian" and "sesame" dressings I could find in the store, but could never find "it". Finally, in an Asian market, I tried this brand. It's not what I was trying to find, it's even better - it's SOOOOOOO AMAAAAZING! I could eat this every day! I'm addicted to it. I'm afraid to try it as a marinade, or I just might end up eating it every day. I think it's expensive for salad dressing, but I don't have many indulgences, so this is mine. I can't even describe it - I guess it's savory, has the "fifth flavor" of umami (but no MSG). DELICIOUS! Turns a "meh" salad into OMG with every bite!
