These highlighters are a fantastic value, and I adore the vibrant colors they offer. Initially, they appear a bit darker upon application but quickly lighten up, especially the deeper hues. They are ideal for Bible marking and also work well for general note-taking purposes. While the orange and purple shades are a tad darker than expected, they still perform admirably. There is minimal smudging, although there is slight bleeding on Bible pages and notebook paper, but it's within reasonable limits—certainly superior to other brands I've tried. Overall, they are user-friendly, cost-effective, and an excellent option for all highlighting needs!
