Deoderant Concentrated General Household Cleaner and Deodorant, 16 Fl. Oz, 6 Bottles, 96 Fl Oz

I don't like the toxic scented Mega Brand cleaners in stores and some of them make me literally sick. I tried natural stuff and it doesn't work as well. So I turned to "old fashioned" stuff thinking that it was made in a time when people wanted more cleaning power than gimmick and marketing and would likely be safer. I haven't thoroughly checked out the ingredient list on this stuff, but I can say it works remarkably, noticeably well, without feeling toxic. It does smell a bit strong, but like "old fashioned clean" and not like "Toxic Fake Flower Basket". It doesn't make me feel sick or aggravate allergies and I can't even take most perfume. It also seems to work really, really well. I used it on floors, counters, toilet, bath tub, in laundry and even tried a foot soak. I swear my apartment building washing machine seems much cleaner after I use it too. It's not a completely all purpose cleaner for something like soap scum, but what it does, it seems to do much better than most. HIghly recommend if you like clean and not fake toxic scents.

Love this for cleaning! Used it on filthy unglazed tile kitchen floor, worked amazing, the greasy dirty my husband dragged in just dissolved. Added it to filthy, greasy clothing and the items came out cleaner than I expected. (Mind you, black grease never completely comes out of clothing, but this was very good.) I really like the smell, which may be strong to some, but smells clean and fresh to me. I'm amazed that I use so little and it works so well. Diluted it and put it into a spray bottle and it's an all purpose cleaner. This product is super cost effective and costs far less than some of the other highly rated cleaners out there. I'm a happy consumer! I'll be buying more because this is going onto my must have on hand at all times list.

Solved my toilet algae problem! I've been having a problem with algae ring growth in all the toilets in the house. I've bleached them, I've used every toilet cleaner known to man. Nothing kept them algae free, other than bleach drop-ins, for more than 4-5 days. So far I have cleaned my toilets with Hexol twice and my algae problem appears to be basically GONE.Attached is a picture of my powder room toilet downstairs - one no one ever uses unless we have guests over for dinner or movies. Before Hexol, it would have an algae ring around the water line after 5 days. Here's what it looks like so far after 8 days without cleaning. (Someone lost a hair but I took the picture as-is to prove the toilet had not been cleaned.)Have changed nothing about my cleaning routine, the water in the house or the toilet except having started cleaning it w/ Hexol. As stated, I've cleaned it twice since buying the product. To clean the toilet, I use a regular toilet brush. I pour a few tablespoons of Hexol into the toilet, switch with the brush to get the Hexol mixed in and distributed up the sides of the toilet. I then walk away for 5-10 minutes, come back and scrub vigorously throughout the inside of the bowl and under the rim using the brush for a minute, flush and call it done.I'm not much on the "pine smell" but it does remind me of being at my grandmother's house as a kid. I absolutely love this product! It does a great job on killing germs and smells so much better then products like pinesol and such. It's a hard product to find and was pricey but I will continue to buy it as long as I can afford to do so.

When you add it to water, it turns white, so you know this is real pine oil.I diluted this with water to make a 9% pine oil solution and sprayed it on my AC aluminum evaporator coils to treat a "dirty sock syndrome" smell.It seems to be working after a few weeks, the coating of pine oil may serve as a long term treatment.

Wonderful clean smell. Pine oil scent is far superior to any pine cleaner I’ve ever purchased. Recently, I noticed a Pine-Sol 2X and purchased. Even at double strength it doesn’t get close to Hexol.

Hexol has been around for more than 75 years, and was used in Hospitals, when I was born. My mother used it in our household for many years, and I have continued to use it myself. It smell great too.

I use this for laundry in an empty Pine-Sol bottle. Fill the bottle about 2/3 to 3/4 with water, add some Hexol - leave room for shaking - cap and mix (remember to add water first then the Hexol to the water). The solution turns white and I add it to stubborn stained clothes. Sometimes this works better than Oxiclean. My granddaughter (age 6) got a very nice new blanket for her birthday. She stained it with some kids goop (have no idea what the trade name is but it's somewhat of a gooey solid and left a stain on her blanket). I washed it using Oxyclean but the stain remained. Then I used the diluted Hexol (described above) on a corner of the stain. It dissolved a noticeable amount of stain. I rewashed the blanket and dumped in about 3/8 cup of my diluted Hexol with the laundry soap into the soap dispenser. The stain was about 98% removed with just a slight trace remaining - almost not noticeable. Remarkable. Good stuff.Two Thumbs Up for me.
