Awesome Acai
I ordered this because I love Acai bowels but hate how much smoothie places charge for them. The tub came in a large foam ice chest with dry ice. Everything was solidly frozen. My only complaint was that the lid had a large crack in it but the seller made everything right. I ordered a bunch of plastic tubs and portioned it out for breakfast bowels that I add fresh fruit to. It has been great!

We bought 2 of these for the grand opening of our jiu jitsu gym and they arrived in time.Only two things to improve: I was given a date range of delivery that never got updated to an exact day so I was on edge about the possibility of it sitting on my porch without me knowing and melting. It ended up being fine, but an exact date would be betterThe packaging leaks when the product has defrosted.Either way, not huge deals

Melted and refrozen acai
We just opened it and it seems it was refrozen. Ice chunks in it. There was a film on the top that was gritty in texture. This is just bad.
