Bought as a gift for my uncle (he's 90) who has thicker nails to file down. This will help his son take better care of him. I have one just like it for my mother and I have found that filing down an ingrown toenail for her is a lot LESS painful!

Sad to say the product did not even last a year. Purchased 3/21. Batteries were running low in November. I replaced batteries today 12/30 and the product no longer functions. Tried several brands of batteries. The wand no longer turns on. While it operated it was a pleasure to use. Without the wand the product is useless.
